Dentist Greenville SC - Five Star Reviews
Five star review from Google
Palmer distinctive dentistry was the best experience I've ever had at a dentist. They treat you with respect and everyone is very courteous. Pricing is reasonable and the work I had done was quick and painless. Although the time the doctor spent explaining all the options was priceless.

Greenville, SC residents discover clear braces for their orthodontic needs

Dr. Palmer Provides Clear Braces For Their Orthodontic Needs

Dr. John Palmer, and Dr. Daniel Knause of Palmer Distinctive Dentistry in Greenville, SC offer general, cosmetic, and orthodontic care to meet patients’ needs. Our practice offers Invisalign and Invisalign as alternatives to traditional braces. Clear braces offer correction without the embarrassment of metal brackets and wires.

A consultation and examination is required to determine if you are a qualified candidate for Invisalign or Invisalign. Invisalign and Invisalign are clear, nearly invisible aligner trays used to correct mild to moderate orthodontic problems.

What are clear braces?

If you are a good candidate, there are a few key points of Invisalign or Invisalign aligner trays.

  • Aligner trays are customized to each patient. The trays are designed to place gentle pressure on your teeth to guide them into the appropriate positions.
  • A series of trays is used. Each tray is worn daily, only removed for eating and brushing teeth. The same tray is used for a couple weeks and then the next in the series is used. By using new trays, the placement of pressure is adjusted to continue the movement of the teeth.
  • Made of clear plastic, the trays are barely visible to the public.
  • The length of the treatment varies from patient to patient.

You control your own success

Remember, with aligner trays, you are in control of your own treatment. You need to be responsible about wearing your trays for the recommended period each day. Failing to wear the trays as recommended can lead to a less successful treatment outcome and can be more expensive later if additional correction is needed.

If you have orthodontic issues such as misaligned or crooked teeth, visit Dr. John Palmer or Dr. Daniel Knause to find out if you are a good candidate for Invisalign or Invisalign. Contact Palmer Distinctive Dentistry today at (864) 332-4113 for your appointment.
